Quality control is a fundamental and necessary activity for Cross Technology in order to guarantee an adequate feedback to customer's expectations. For this reason Cross Technology uses its own offices and contacts network in Far East to exert a control action on products supplied directly by Asian suppliers factories.

DETAILED CONTROL
Specialized technicians, both Italian and Chinese, are employed on constant and direct supplied goods control. In this way it is possible to avoid any problem regarding defective goods supply and it is possible to enact necessary actions in order to protect goods from any possible damage during transport.
